Giosla perches on Lewis's wild Atlantic coast in the Outer Hebrides, reached via ferry to Stornoway then the A858 west for about 50km through dramatic moorland. Most visitors combine it with the nearby Callanish Standing Stones and coastal villages like Uigen, creating a scenic peninsula loop. The settlement sits beside Traigh na Berie, a stunning white sand beach with remarkably turquoise waters.
