Gawthrop is a tiny hamlet in Dentdale, one kilometre from Dent village in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Reach it via the A684 from Sedbergh (8km), which connects to the M6 at Junction 37. The narrow dale roads require careful driving with passing places. About thirteen fast chargers serve the wider area, though you'll need to charge in Sedbergh or larger towns. The hamlet features beautiful traditional limestone cottages with slate roofs.
