Gaultree lies in the Norfolk Fens near Wisbech, reached via the A1101 from King's Lynn or A47 connections from Norwich and Peterborough. The 13th-century parish church of St. Edmund houses rare surviving medieval wall paintings discovered during 1960s restoration work.
