Gatton occupies Surrey downland just off the M25, reached via Junction 8 and the A217 towards Reigate. The M23 provides the main southern route, whilst the A25 carries local traffic through the Surrey Hills. Over 1000 EV charging points serve the area, reflecting its position on major motorway corridors. The village is home to St. Andrew's Church, reputedly one of England's smallest parish churches with seating for just 12 worshippers.
