Gamesley is a hillside settlement in Derbyshire's High Peak, just outside Glossop and 25 kilometers from Manchester. Reach it via the M67 and A57 through Dinting, or the A628 from Sheffield. The village sits on the edge of the Peak District with terraced streets climbing the Pennine slopes, originally built for cotton mill workers in the industrial era.
