Four Marks lies on the A31 between Alton and Winchester, serving as a useful stop for drivers heading to the South Coast. Most visitors arrive from the M3 at Winchester or the A3 at Guildford, while locals use the B3004 to Basingstoke for daily commutes. The town sits on Hampshire's chalk downs at 150 metres elevation, with over 50 fast charging points nearby for electric vehicles. One of the original boundary stones that gave the village its name still stands by the green.
