Forkill lies in south Armagh's rolling countryside, near the border with County Louth. The village sits on the A25 between Newry (15km east) and the border, making it a natural crossing point. From Belfast, take the A1 to Newry then the A25 west. Dublin traffic uses the M1 to Dundalk then local roads via Jonesborough. The area has over 20 EV charging points, mainly in Newry and Dundalk. Forkill sits at the crossroads of ancient cattle-droving routes.
