Fontwell lies along the A29 in West Sussex's South Downs, midway between Chichester and Bognor Regis. The A29 provides direct access from London via M25-M23-A23, whilst the nearby A27 offers coastal connections. With approximately 60 EV charging points in the area and easy access to both downland and coast, the village is famous for its racecourse hosting the annual Sussex National steeplechase.
