Fletching is a Sussex village reached via the A272, about 40 miles south of London through the A23 and local roads, or 20 miles from Brighton via the A27. Popular routes include the M23 to junction 10, then A264 toward East Grinstead. The medieval church houses Simon de Montfort's tomb, the 13th-century baron instrumental in English parliamentary development.
