Fletchertown lies in rural Cumbria between the Lake District and Solway coast, connected by the A595 to Carlisle (25km northeast) and Workington southbound. The M6 is 20km east via Thursby for long-distance travel, whilst locals use the B5299 to Wigton or B5305 through Boltongate. About 6 fast EV chargers serve the area.
