Fittleton

Fittleton is a small Wiltshire village on the A345 between Salisbury and Marlborough, positioned on the edge of Salisbury Plain. The area serves as an active military training ground, with MoD Boscombe Down nearby. The village church houses a remarkable 13th-century wooden knight's effigy, one of the few medieval wooden sculptures of its kind remaining in England.
