Fiskavaig

Fiskavaig is a tiny fishing village on Skye's west coast, reached via the B8009 from the A863. Most visitors come from Portree (45km) or whilst touring the whisky trail from nearby Carbost. The village overlooks Loch Harport with dramatic views toward the Talisker Hills. Stone quays at the small pier recall its 19th-century herring fishing heritage.
