Ferns

united kingdom

Ferns sits along the N11 in County Wexford, about 130 kilometres south of Dublin and 90 minutes by car via the M11. This historic village makes a grand stopping point when heading to Ireland's Ancient East, with good connections to Enniscorthy and Bunclody on smaller roads like the R746. The ruins of a 13th-century cathedral tower over the village centre, a proper sight that's been watching over the place for more than 700 years. You'll find decent fast charging stations in Enniscorthy and along the N11 if you're driving electric.
