Felbridge straddles the Surrey-West Sussex border near East Grinstead, positioned where the Surrey Hills meet the High Weald. The A22 provides the main north-south route through nearby East Grinstead, connecting to the M25 at Junction 6 about 25 kilometers north, whilst the A264 runs east-west between Tunbridge Wells and Horsham. Gatwick Airport lies just 15 kilometers southeast, making this a popular route for airport access, and there are over 100 public fast EV chargers in the area. The village church features an unusual wooden bell tower, built separately from the main building in 1913.
