Fearnoch lies along Loch Etive in Argyll, reached via the A85 from Glasgow or Oban. Local routes connect to Taynuilt and Connel within minutes, whilst longer approaches use the A828 from Fort William. Roughly 10 fast charging points serve the area for electric vehicles. The community sits beneath Ben Cruachan, whose peak conceals a massive underground power station.
