Farringdon is a small East Devon village positioned between Exeter and the coast, easily reached via the A3052 and local roads from the A376. The M5 at Junction 30 provides the main connection for longer journeys, whilst Exeter International Airport sits just a few miles northwest. The village lies near the site of Roman baths, evidence of settlement stretching back nearly two millennia.
