Falstone

Falstone is a small Northumberland village in the North Tyne Valley, surrounded by Kielder Forest. Reach it via the A69 then B6320 through Bellingham, about 50km from Newcastle. It's near Kielder Water, Europe's largest man-made reservoir, and serves as a base for exploring the vast forest park. The village church houses a rare medieval bell that still chimes across the valley each Sunday.
