Exning is a Suffolk village just three kilometres from Newmarket, positioned where the county's chalky downs meet Cambridgeshire's fenlands. The A142 provides the main connection via Newmarket, whilst the A14 and M11 offer longer-distance access from Cambridge and London respectively. With approximately 100 public fast chargers nearby and Cambridge City Airport 15 kilometres away, it's well-positioned for modern travel. The village's 12th-century Church of St. Martin houses remarkable medieval wall paintings of Saint Margaret of Antioch.
