Erlestoke

Erlestoke is a small Wiltshire village reached via the A360 from either the A36 (south) or A342 (north). Most traffic comes through Edington or Great Cheverell, with Westbury 8km south providing main services and rail links. The surrounding chalk downland offers typical gentle countryside, whilst over 50 EV charging points serve the area. The village houses HMP Erlestoke, a Category C prison operating since 1961.
