Epwell is a small Oxfordshire village near the Warwickshire border, about 8km southwest of Banbury via the A422. Local routes connect to nearby villages like Sibford Gower and Shutford, while the B4035 provides access from Chipping Norton. The village sits in gently rolling countryside with around 70 EV charging points in the wider area. St Anne's Church features remarkable 13th-century wall paintings that escaped destruction during the Reformation.
