Epping sits where London meets Essex, bordered by the ancient Epping Forest with its 2,400 hectares of protected woodland. The M25 Junction 26 provides easy access via the A121, whilst the A104 offers a scenic route from central London through Woodford. Popular with both forest walkers and commuters using the Central line terminus, the town has over 1,050 EV charging points nearby. St John the Baptist church houses a remarkable medieval wooden effigy of an armoured knight.
