Ensay occupies Mull's wild western coast, facing the Atlantic and the uninhabited Treshnish Isles. Reaching it means taking the Oban ferry to Craignure, then driving 45km northwest via the A849 and B8073 through Calgary. About 6 EV chargers serve the wider area. The settlement offers access to Calgary's famous white beach and serves as a gateway to Mull's remoter corners, with direct views across to Lunga island where thousands of puffins nest each summer.
