Elvanfoot sits where the A702 meets the M74 in South Lanarkshire's upper Clyde Valley, surrounded by typical Southern Uplands moorland. The M74 connects directly to Glasgow 60km north, whilst the A702 winds through hills toward Edinburgh via Biggar. With approximately 10 public fast chargers nearby and its position at the prominent M74 junction 13 service area, it's been one of Scotland's most recognised motorway stops for decades.
