Eldon

Eldon is a residential area in County Durham, just outside Bishop Auckland in northeast England. Reach it via the A688 from Bishop Auckland, or take the A1(M) to Junction 58 then the A68 and A688 from further afield. The area has good EV charging with over 100 fast chargers nearby. It sits close to Shildon, home to Locomotion museum with the world's oldest surviving passenger railway carriage from 1825.
