Eastoke occupies the southern tip of Hayling Island, reached by crossing the A3023 bridge from Langstone and following the island's main road south through Mengham. Portsmouth lies 20 minutes away via the A27, whilst London visitors typically use the M3 to A27 route. The area benefits from over 200 EV charging points across the island and nearby Portsmouth. Eastoke's defining characteristic is its position where the island's road network simply ends at a small car park facing the Solent waters.
