Eastney occupies the southeastern corner of Portsea Island, where Portsmouth meets the Solent. Reach it via the A2030 Eastern Road from the M275, or locally through Henderson Road from central Portsmouth. The area houses the Royal Marines Museum in the former Eastney Barracks, where Marines trained for over a century until 1991.
