Easterside forms part of southern Middlesbrough, easily reached via the A174 Parkway from Junction 7 of the A19. The estate sits on rising ground where Cleveland's gentle hills begin their climb towards the North Yorkshire Moors. Most journeys involve quick local hops to central Middlesbrough or connections to the A171 for coastal routes. The area boasts the distinctive 18-storey Easterside House, one of Teesside's tallest residential towers.
