East Ham

East Ham lies in Newham between the A13 and North Circular, retaining its suburban Essex character despite joining Greater London in 1965. The A13 provides the main route from central London, whilst the A124 Barking Road runs through the district centre. With over 7,550 EV charging points nearby and London City Airport 8km southeast, it's well-connected for modern travel. The area's crown jewel remains Central Park's perfectly preserved 1930s Art Deco pavilion.
