Dobwalls lies in mid-Cornwall, 4km west of Liskeard on the A38 trunk road. The village sits in a gentle valley between Bodmin Moor and Cornwall's south coast, with good connections to Plymouth (25km) and local routes via the A390 and B3254. The village is famous for its Dobwalls Adventure Park, which operates an impressive 7¼ inch gauge miniature railway through 10 acres of woodland.
