Diggle is a former mill village in the Pennine foothills near Oldham, reached via the A669 or M62 Junction 22. The village sits where urban Greater Manchester meets the Saddleworth moors, with good EV charging coverage nearby. Its claim to fame is hosting the western entrance to Standedge Tunnel, Britain's longest canal tunnel.
