Diabaig

Diabaig perches on Wester Ross's dramatic coastline where the Torridon mountains plunge into Loch Torridon. Reach it via the A896 through Glen Torridon, then a spectacular 14-kilometre single-track road from Torridon village. The route passes beneath Liathach and Beinn Eighe before hugging the lochside with stunning views across to Applecross. The village boasts one of Scotland's most photographed red telephone boxes, perfectly framed against the loch and distant peaks.
