Dewartown lies in Midlothian, just southeast of Edinburgh amongst the rolling hills of Scotland's central belt. Reach it via the A7 south from Edinburgh through Gorebridge, or alternatively via the A68 from the Borders. The area boasts over 150 public EV charging points nearby. The village retains strong links to its mining heritage, with former colliery sites now serving as community spaces and walking trails.
