England
Derringstone is a small Kent village surrounded by the county's characteristic chalk downland, positioned between Canterbury and the coast. The A2 trunk road, about 5km north, provides the main access route from London or Canterbury, while local lanes connect to nearby villages like Barham and Denton. With approximately 100 fast EV charging points in the surrounding area, it's well-equipped for electric vehicle travel. The village name derives from the Anglo-Saxon "Deorringatun," meaning Deorra's people's farmstead.
