Derril lies along the A30 in central Cornwall, making it a convenient stop for visitors heading to the county's coastal attractions. The town connects to the A39 Atlantic Highway northward and smaller roads leading to Bodmin Moor and local villages. With about 14 fast chargers nearby, it's well-equipped for electric vehicles. The parish church houses a remarkable 15th-century carved stone pulpit, one of just three surviving examples in Cornwall.
