Dechmont sits in West Lothian between Edinburgh and the central belt, just off the M8 motorway. Take Junction 3 from either direction and follow local roads north. The A89 and A71 provide alternative routes, whilst locals often commute the 25km to Edinburgh or nearby Livingston. You'll find over 100 EV charging points around Livingston and along the M8. The village is famous for the 1979 Dechmont Woods UFO incident.
