Dalmarnock lies in Glasgow's East End, two miles from the city centre along the Clyde's south bank. The M74 provides quick access from the south, whilst the M8 connects to Edinburgh and western Scotland. This former industrial area was transformed for the 2014 Commonwealth Games and now centres around the Emirates Arena, Scotland's premier indoor sports venue.
