Dail is a small lochside village in Argyll that sits beneath Ben Cruachan's dramatic peaks. The A85 provides easy access from Oban (17km) or via the scenic Pass of Brander route. Popular with tourists heading to Mull and hillwalkers exploring the surrounding Munros, it offers stunning views across Loch Etive. The village is famous for sitting directly below Scotland's remarkable underground power station, built entirely inside Ben Cruachan mountain.
