Cullivoe occupies the northern tip of Yell in Shetland, reached via ferry connections and the B9081 from Ulsta. Most journeys are local trips under 20km connecting scattered island communities, though the village serves as a key staging post for travel to Unst. The small fishing harbour features the distinctive red and white Cullivoe Lighthouse from 1977.
