Crumbles lies on the East Sussex coast between Eastbourne and Pevensey Bay, easily reached via the A259 coastal road. From London, take the A22 south then A27 to A259, whilst the M25-A23-A27 route offers an alternative. There are roughly 40 public EV charging points locally. The area's name comes from the ancient shingle ridge that still helps defend this part of Pevensey Bay from the sea.
