Cross Gate is a tiny South Downs settlement between Amberley and Rackham in West Sussex. Reach it via the A283, with most visitors coming from Storrington (7km) or connecting from the A24. The area has over 70 EV charging points, mainly in larger nearby towns. The name comes from historic crossroads where ancient drovers' paths met.
