Crag Foot lies in southern Lancashire near the Cumbria border, easily reached via the A6 through Carnforth. The village sits amongst limestone countryside close to Morecambe Bay, with good access to both the M6 and local touring routes around Silverdale. The surrounding area features distinctive limestone pavements where rare Arctic-alpine plants flourish in the rock crevices.
