Cotteridge is a leafy Birmingham suburb on the A38 Bristol Road, about 6km south of the city centre. The M42 motorway lies 8km south via Junctions 3 or 4, whilst the A4040 Outer Ring Road provides suburban connections without city centre traffic. Birmingham Airport is 15km southeast. The area has over 300 EV charging points nearby. The distinctive Grade II listed Cotteridge Church from 1904 showcases fine Arts and Crafts architecture on Pershore Road.
