Cotherstone is a traditional Teesdale village in County Durham, reached via the B6277 from Barnard Castle or the A66 from further afield. The village sits beside the River Tees amid classic Dales scenery of stone walls and green pastures, with good EV charging nearby. It's renowned for producing Cotherstone cheese, a crumbly white variety made locally for over two centuries.
