Corrie perches on Arran's eastern coast, sheltered beneath Goatfell's granite slopes. Take the CalMac ferry from Ardrossan to Brodick, then follow the A841 north for 10km along the scenic shoreline. The village makes an excellent base for climbing Goatfell or exploring Arran's geological wonders. Its cricket pitch sits directly on the beach, with the sea forming one boundary.
