Coonagh sits on Limerick's western edge along the Shannon Estuary, a growing residential area with grand views across to Clare. The N18 runs just east of here, putting Shannon Airport 15 kilometers north and connecting directly to the M7 from Dublin or M20 toward Cork. You can nip into Limerick city center via Dock Road in minutes, while the N69 coastal route to Tralee branches off nearby. The real draw is watching the big cargo ships navigate the estuary channel on their way to Limerick's port.
