Condover lies seven miles south of Shrewsbury on the A49, serving as a gateway to the Long Mynd hills. This Shropshire village centres around the striking Elizabethan Condover Hall, built in 1598 from local red sandstone. The A49 provides the main route from Shrewsbury or the M54, whilst the B4380 offers an alternative approach through Dorrington.
