Condorrat lies about 15 miles northeast of Glasgow via the M8 and A73, serving as a residential gateway between urban central Scotland and the countryside beyond. The A73 runs straight through town, connecting Glasgow to Stirling, whilst the nearby M80 and A80 provide additional links to Edinburgh and the motorway network. With over 200 fast EV chargers in the area and its position on historical Highland drove roads, sections of the original stone-walled cattle route remain visible near the parish church.
