Combe Martin

England

England

Combe Martin occupies a dramatic valley on Devon's north coast where Exmoor meets the sea. The A399 coastal road runs straight through the village, connecting Ilfracombe westward with the A361 North Devon Link Road. Most visitors arrive via the M5 and A361 from Barnstaple, about 20 miles southeast. The village boasts what's often called England's longest village street, stretching nearly two miles from beach to moor in an unbroken line of cottages.
