Columbjohn lies in the Exe Valley just north of Exeter, easily reached via the A377 which runs straight through the village. The airport's only a few miles away, making it handy for visitors, whilst locals pop over to Exeter in quarter of an hour or nip to neighbouring villages like Rewe and Stoke Canon. There are over 90 fast EV chargers in the area, mostly around Exeter. Roman baths nearby hint at the valley's ancient past.
