Colleton Mills lies in rural North Devon, about 4km southwest of Chulmleigh amid rolling countryside between the Taw and Torridge valleys. Reach it via the A377 from Exeter (35km) or A361 from Barnstaple, then local roads. Roughly 18 fast EV chargers serve the area, mostly in Chulmleigh and along main routes. The settlement's name recalls an old mill that once worked the local streams.
